Wellington Cafe/restaurant Floriditas have just released their well awaited cook book, Morning, Noon and Night. The 126 pages are full of finely tuned recipes by co owners Julie Clark and Marc Weir then wrapped in a nice hard cover. Seasonal produce dictate the ingredients as Morning, Noon and Night follows the years four seasons.
