Certified Organic & Rainforest Alliance, this is our second dance with coffee from Kintamani, a region which only yields small volumes each season. With demand driven by both its scarcity and popularity amongst third-wave folk (that is to say its a striking coffee which many would call exotic or wild, and a major departure from mainstay Central America Origins) this is a coffee that will grab your attention. As a dry-processed or "natural" coffee, the beans have been dried while still within the flesh of the cherry. This imparts an exciting fruit complexity (though more in-your-face compared with wet-processed or “washed” coffee) and one that intrigues us cup-to-cup.
