Yet another fine "Nica" from our friends at La Florencia. Our 2011 Melado crop is a very approachable coffee from Central America with a sweet complex flavour which we recommend for home espresso.
The La Florencia Mill, located on the boarder near Honduras, runs its on quality control programme including daily cupping of each coffee as well as routine onsite visits to its growing partners. Each lot received by the mill has full documentation enabling La Florencia to take note of the best coffees for future purchases.
