Utilising the design of the V60 cone filter, the Fretta creates clean and well balanced cold coffee. The brewing process starts with hot water but then passes through a chamber of ice. This process both rapidly cools the drink and dilutes the coffee with melted ice leaving a thirst quenching drink. We recommend using the same brewing recipe and technique as a standard V60 cone. We suggest trying sweet coffees with bold acidy profiles like our Ethiopian Harrar or Balinese Kintamani.
