It only takes a fraction of time to set up a Coffee Subscription and have an automatically recurring order delivered to you anywhere in New Zealand for a small $3 sum.*

It's coffee ordering made easy with no big upfront commitment. You'll only be charged for the coffee and its delivery when we actually send it.

There is no extra charge for using or cancelling our subscription service. You control the amount of coffee ordered and your order frequency. If you ever find you have a bit much coffee, simply Pause your subscription and resume it whenever you're ready for more.

Subscription Programmes

Choose either the Filter/Plunger or Espresso Subscription and our team Coffee Specialists will select a different coffee for each order you are sent.

Filter/Plunger Subscription: Each coffee sent under this subscription programme will be roasted to be in symphony with soft brew devices. This option is for people who enjoy brewing coffee with Chemex, Gold Filters, Cone Filters, Plungers, or Filter Machines.

Espresso Subscription: This option is for people who enjoy making Espresso or Stovetop coffee at home or the office. Coffee sent under this subscription programme will be roasted to best match pressurised brewing.

What coffees are available for subscription?

Subscriptions will be available for coffees where we can guarantee continuous supply so we don't disrupt things by running out. For example, coffees like our espresso blends Supreme and Brazil will always be available. Check out the list of coffees above to see what's available on subscription.

Can I have more than one coffee on subscription?

Short answer is yes. You can have more than one coffee on subscription though each needs to be set up separately. For example, you could have 2 subscriptions for 2 different coffees each being delivered a week apart. Or, you can also have 2 different coffees sent on the same day which we will combine into one shipment for you.

How much does it cost to have a subscription?

There is no added cost to have a subscription, just the coffee plus our flat-rate shipping cost of $3 per order. 

What if I pick one coffee but then want to try something else later on?

No bother there. You have the ability to edit your subscription via your online account at any time without any penalty. If you want to stop receiving a subscription altogether, you can do that too.

What happens to my subscription when I go on holiday?

You have 2 options:

  1. Pause your subscription via your online account for as long as you want. Once you resume it, you'll get fresh delicious coffee sent out on the next despatch day;
  2. Pause you current subscription and set up a new subscription to your holiday destination. Provided you have a New Zealand delivery address that the kind people at New Zealand Post know about, we can send coffee to you. There are no limits to how many subscriptions you can have.

Want a little variety in your diet?

We have 2 subscriptions products that allow you to receive a different coffee with every order. One is suited for people with an espresso machine or stovetop. The other suits brewing equipment like plungers or Chemex. All you need to do is tell us how you much coffee you need per order and whether it needs to be ground. We'll take care of the rest ensuring each order will be different from the last.

Is My Credit Card information secure?

Your Credit Card information will be securely stored and protected by the latest security standards via DPS' Payment Express fully certified PCI DSS Compliant service.

 

*We deliver to almost everywhere within New Zealand, including both residential and business addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes and rural addresses. At this time we do not deliver outside of New Zealand. If in Australia, you can buy online here.

For most locations, your coffee order is "targeted" to be delivered by 5pm the following weekday after it has been dispatched. During peak trade times (like Christmas) delivery may be delayed.
