You'll be able to choose the coffee, amount and frequency in the steps that follow.

About this coffee

Defying all negative stereotypes, this caffeine-free coffee remains full-flavoured by utilising the leading Swiss Water decaffeination process.

Coming from the largest coffee-producing nation in the world, this Brazilian coffee has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process which is a 100% chemical-free decaffeination method. Using pure water, the caffeine in coffee beans is gently removed until they are 99.9% caffeine-free, without compromising the coffee's body, flavour and aroma characteristics unique to the coffee's origin.

About this coffee

A stunning drink from the birthplace of coffee. This is a light roast that suits non-espresso preparation.

Werka sits at the western edge of the Arsi zone part of Ethiopia's eastern coffee growing region of Harar which is well known for its sun dried natural coffees. However this fully washed coffee from West Arsi is more correctly classified as part of the much larger Sidama D region. One of the hallmarks of great Sidama coffee is the deep complexity obtained through the many different contributing smallholders and the unique heirloom varietals that they grow. This coffee is no exception with its intriguing spiciness and complex acidity.

This coffee has been roasted light to highlight its distinct acidity profile and best suits plunger and filter preparation. For espresso drinks, try our dark roast of the West Arsi.
