About this coffee

Flavours of caramel & hazelnut with a buttery & nutty complexity

Our Bob-o-link coffees are blended lots created under the guidance of our friends at Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza. The Croce family at F.A.F. are a model example of the new breed of coffee farmers in Brazil. In a country known for quantity over quality, monoculture farm practices, FAF is proving year after year that a quality driven, low volume approach with a focus on the environment and farm health is a sustainable and profitable business model. They have been sharing this vision with surrounding smallholders for some years now and use the Bob-o-link banner as a vehicle for getting their associate farms’ coffee a wider and appreciative audience.

About this coffee

Chocolate & blackberry flavours with a creamy & smooth complexity.

The Guji zone was previously categorized as a sub-region of larger Sidamo region but it has now been given its own designation as it has proven itself as a region capable of producing coffees with distinct and unique profiles. This washed Guji has a crisp acidity that accentuates the floral berry and stone fruit notes which are balanced by a smooth chocolatey body and lingering baking spice finish.

We’re excited to be able to deliver new Ethiopian coffees with more traceability to their specific growing regions. Previously categorized as a sub-region of larger Sidamo, Guji has now been granted it’s own designation as a region capable of producing coffees with distinct and unique flavour profiles. The Guji delivers all the great characteristics we know and love about Ethiopian coffee.

About this coffee

Red fruits & chocolate flavours with a smooth complexity.

High up in the western interior highlands of Papua New Guinea you will find the Wahgi Valley, a fertile river basin that has supported advanced agricultural societies for over 10,000 years. This long heritage of cultivating the land is carried on by the smallholders that grew the coffee for this Highlands AA grade selection, with only the finest cherries from the upper elevations of the surrounding mountain slopes picked for this lot. This coffee is bursting with bright red fruits notes complemented by a smooth body and rounded cocoa nib finish.

Flavours: milk chocolate / berry / caramel / citrus / cocoa /
