Shipping Rates (NZ)
The following shipping rates apply on all New Zealand orders (prices are GST inclusive):
- Free Shipping on orders 500g and/ or $25 over
- $1.50 Shipping on orders between 250g to 499g
- $3 Shipping on orders up to 249g
There is an additional $3 for delivery to rural addresses. Rural customers are required to indicate rural postage. Incorrectly marked parcels may be delayed and risk being unable to be delivered.
Coffee Supreme requires full and correct address information including Post Codes. We cannot guarantee delivery of incorrectly addressed parcels. To check your official postage address, visit New Zealand Post's website.
There is a 5kg coffee maximum for online orders. If you wish to order over 5kg we would love to hear from you - 0800 472 5188.

Shipping and Delivery (NZ)
We deliver to almost everywhere within New Zealand, including both residential and business addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes and rural addresses. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.
Orders placed by 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched that same day.
For most locations, your coffee order is "targeted" to be delivered by 5pm the following weekday after it has been dispatched. During peak trade times (like Christmas) delivery may be delayed. Rural deliveries typically take 2-3 days to be delivered after it has dispatched from Coffee Supreme.

Shipping and Delivery (US & UK)
Parcels from Coffee Supreme are shipped internationally with our express courier service from DHL and are delivered at a blistering fast pace. Coffee subscriptions are not available to international customers.
If in the US, expect your parcel within 3 business days.
If in the UK, expect your parcel within 4 business days.
It costs a little more but the DHL service ensures your coffee reaches you still fresh and tasting great - what we all want right!
If your parcel has not shown up within these timeframes, don't hesitate to contact us. (New Zealand is UTC/GMT +12 hours and also observes Daylight Savings from the end of September to the beginning of April. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. All customers are notified via email once their order has been dispatched).
IMPORTANT: Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local authority on parcel value thresholds for import duties, customs fees and applicable taxes.
Your order can weigh up to 3kgs (6.6 pounds). It may be possible to ship heavier parcels, so if there's something you really want, please contact us and we'll see what can be done.
We strongly recommend using a delivery address where a person is always available to receive delivered parcels i.e. don't use a P.O. Box if you can help it. Also, always include a phone number you will answer when called. Coffee Supreme is unable to resend a parcel if it were to go missing after being registered as delivered by DHL.
