About this coffee

A total smoothie from Finca Don Carlos.

This coffee is one of the very first harvests from Don Carlos, a farm in a lush mountain valley in the small settlement of Bolinda. Owned by Pedro Rodriguez, the farm is named for his employee and right-hand man for the last 15 years, Don Carlos. He helped Rodriguez to establish Agricafe, a coffee exporter that produces its own coffees as well as buying and processing the coffee of small local producers. Finca Don Carlos is a meticulously planted farm, one of the newest in the Agricafe group. With deep milk chocolate notes, supported by more delicate fruits, this coffee has the smoothest body around—think Sade’s Smooth Operator and you are part way there.
