About this coffee

A smooth-bodied coffee with crisp acidity

This coffee is grown in the mountainous Mantiqueira region, South of Minas Gerais and is produced by the Sitio Cachoeira farm. Their coffee won 4th place in the inaugural Cooprevas coffee competition in 2015. We first visited Cooprevas in 2014 and discovered the great potential of this region. We are happy to bring some of the best that the region has to offer with this coffee. This is a smooth-bodied coffee with crisp acidity, perfect for espresso.
