The Zarzal Pradera farm sits on the rocky slopes of the Galeras volcano, located in the department of Nariño, south-west Colombia. The areas mineral rich soil and cool climate create the ideal conditions for growing quality coffee. This coffee has distinctive characteristics of milk chocolate and intense black fruit flavours which are elevated by crisp malic acidity and finished with lingering apple and cocoa notes.
