About this Coffee

The department of Tolima is located in the central-western region of the Cordillera de los Andes. Here you'll find a small community of farmers who are committed to producing quality coffee while working to minimize the environmental impacts of their coffee production. The cherries are carefully hand-select for optimum ripeness. From there, the cherries are then meticulously washed and dried to create this delicious Biogro certified organic coffee.
