About this coffee

The natural option in our Guatemala Pacamara duo. 

Coffees from San Sebastian are a regular on our menu and this year we wanted to bring you something a little different. This season we have two versions of the same coffee. We selected a Pacamara from a particular section of the farm, then had it processed in two different ways. Half was processed as a natural and the other as a washed. This allows us to showcase how the processing method can influence the flavour of a coffee. The naturally processed Pacamara is wild in its flavour with big tropical fruit notes and a perfumed cocoa finish.
